Perform eight work sets of 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest for each exercise.
Pull ups
Push ups
Sit ups
Dip holds
Squats
Handstand holds
We recorded the work set with the most reps and the one with the fewest reps of the eight work sets for everybody.

Nicole was an over achiever running the 10k run right after this tough workout. Steve and Henry were too hitting the Collier Powerlifting competition just an hour after our workout...
