1 squat

2 pull ups
2 push ups
2 sit ups
2 squats
100 meter run
3 pull ups...

Rusty - 11 rounds + 12 push ups
Markus - 10 rounds + 100m run
Brian - 10 rounds + 100m run
LaToya - 10 rounds + 11 push ups
Holloway - 9 rounds + 10 push ups
Henry - 9 rounds + 100m run
