Had some heavy hitters visit us today. Will was in town from Osan and Eric all the way from Ft. Belvior. Both of them hit Barbara since it is too much of a hassle trying to workout inside Collier.
Barbara
5 rounds for time of:
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round. Keep your time for every round.
Eric wanted to hit a WOD so bad that he hit this one straight through, 5 rounds with no breaks. What an animal!!!!
Everyone else got to run since they all showed up late...

Henry ran all 4 4oo meter runs without stopping or walking. We'll get you to the CrossFit Games (to hand out water) in no time...
