200-400-600

3 rounds for time of:

200m run
400m run
600m run

Rest total time for each run between. (i.e. 200m in :45 sec - rest :
45 sec - 400m run in 1:30 - rest 1:30, etc...)

Coach - 24:29

Dave and Jay will post times that included one round with 20-lb
medicine ball or weight vest and one round with both.

Hannah got to work with kettlebells...
