They got through most of the list by themselves:
1-point each:
200 meter run
10 push ups
5 pull ups
10 assisted pull ups
15 sit ups
10-sec handstand
20 squats
5 knees-to-elbows
5 burpees
3-points each:
400 meter run
20 push ups
10 pull ups
20 assisted pull ups
25 sit ups
25-second handstand
35 squats
10 knees-to-elbows
10 burpees
5-points each:
800 meter run
30 push ups
30 assisted pull ups
35 sit ups
56 points total
