As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:
200 meter run
21 burpees
15 sit ups
9 pull ups
Trigg - 18:34 (5 rounds)
Kyeong - 19:24 (5)
Tomsik - 20:00 (4)
LT Tomsik - 20:20 (4)
We played around with Ring Push ups, Ring Dips and L-sits today...

Newcomer Kyeong Chu working the basics...
Kyeong Chu stopped by to see what we were doing and ended up joining us for a workout in hopes of getting strong enough to do a single pull up, 10 push ups and 100 squats. We will have those numbers in no time...
