  1. Lilly, thank you so much for the tape. My hands would have been destroyed without it.

    Also I was able to get my first weighted muscle ups today, 8 total.

    For anyone close to getting a muscle up, but lacking the coordination do a "youtube" search for muscle up 101 and watch that video. It has helped everyone I've told to watch it.
