SuperBowl Monday Workout

MONDAY 100208

Steve was the only one who showed up for some pre-game pain...

CrossFit Warm Up - 3 x 10

BACK SQUAT 5-5-5

Mike - 225
Steve - 135

PRESS 5-5-5

Mike - 110
Steve - 95

Now bring on the biscuits and gravy...!!!

NOTE: Pre-game weight 233.6 lbs (down 8 pounds from last Sunday - sweet!!!)

Stay tuned for the Post-game weight....!!!

(UPDATE: 238 lbs - gained 5 pounds in 3 hours...!!!)

  1. I too am down 8# from last week - don't want to get on the scale now! I can tell you that after a week off of sugar... chips and a can of soda have my head hurling and I'm ready to lie down!! Won't be able to do this very often....
