Why you DON'T need to eat bread or dairy (or even fruit - not really...)...

You don't 'need' any fruit (especially if you want to lose body fat...)...
You don't 'need' any dairy (NOT the best source of calcium...)...
You definitely don't 'need' any grains for ANYTHING...!!! Read Robb's blog and his book to understand why GLUTEN IS TOXIC and why you should avoid grains completely (yes, even whole grains...)...
