Dumbbell Bear Complex

THURSDAY 110203

Another big group tonight, 22 Rookies and 14 A-Teamers took over half the gym floor with some heavy dumbbell work.

Rookies Workout of the Day

Learned the dumbbell deadlift, dumbbell hang power clean and dumbbell thruster today.  This is the Dumbbell Bear Complex...

A-Team WOD

Dumbbell Bear Complex
Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
5 DB Deadlifts
5 DB Hang Power Cleans
5 DB Thrusters

Today we did 10 minutes worth.  Grabbed heavier dumbbells, went 5 minutes more.  Grabbed heavier dumbbells when 2 minutes more and grabbed heavier dumbbells AGAIN and went 1 more round.  Good strength work today and a little mental toughness to boot...  Great work guys!!!
