Lunge Crazy

So we changed the format a little bit tonight - everyone warmed up together and started together. Skill work - can you say "BALANCE"?!  The A-Team had a little extra (weight & surprise second workout). Great job everyone - at least 2 rounds were completed in 20 minutes with minimal moaning!
