Bring your stop watch!!
15 rounds for distance of:
Sprint 20 seconds
Rest 40 seconds
Start each round at previous round's end point.
If it's not raining - little track on the corner next to the stop sign.
If it is raining - basketball court or on treadmill set at speed >6.5 and incline >6 (adjust as needed)
