choice split the deck or take out all face cards and use entire deck.
Choose 4 exercises (hearts = situps/clubs = pushups/ etc.) flip a card
& that's the number of reps & exercise keep working till the deck is
done... Face cards are 30 reps - have fun and pick the four u want to
do ;)
