A quick note regarding the workout on Wednesday. CrazyWife and I will be headed to the South Korea vs. North Korea soccer game Wednesday night (for my birthday) so we will miss the workout. SFC Randolph has volunteered to lead the festivities so the group will still meet at the usual time and place.
