Establish a 5RM
Cues to remember:
1. Elbows slight in front of chest but not the rack position
2. Tight glutes
3. Tight legs
4. Pull chin back as you press up
5. Push head through
6. DON'T BEND KNEES. THIS IS NOT A PUSH PRESS!
Then
AMRAP 7 minutes:
Thruster 65/45 (men's/ladies rx'd weights; scale as necessary)
Box Jump (20 in.)
Post total rounds and extra reps.
