Dumbbell Bear Complex (15-min)

Perform the following every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

5 dumbbell deadlifts
5 dumbbell hang power cleans
5 dumbbell thrusters

Record the number of rounds you complete within the 60 seconds plus any additional rounds.
